"Mischief" Card Fun

Yesterday I posted a "sneak peak" of this card I created. The design idea is a combination of "All Stacked Up" from CTMH's "Wishes" book and the mix of papers is from an idea posted by Aaron Brown as she demonstrated how to use the new Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge exclusive to CTMH.

The card is one that was made using this cartridge when selecting the "ticket" shaped image and selecting the "card" function. I set the machine at 5 3/4" when cutting this card out.

The patterned paper was from the new "Mischief" paper pack that is in the Autumn/Winter 2011 catalog. (Contact me if you would like your very own copy)
I cut this piece at 2 1/2" using the same "ticket" shaped image but this time without the card feature activated. Using the same image and sized cut, cut a piece of colonial white cardstock to put inside the card.

The 3 squares are colonial white cardstock cut at 1 1/2" and sponged with sunset ink.

The cupcake image was cut out of sunset cardstock at 2 1/2" and wrapped with black & white ribbon finished with some dabs of silver glitter glitz gel. The stars were also cut from our "bug" friend at 1".

Lots of fun making this card and super easy to do.
